The focus of the strong Clinical Sales Associate /strong (CSA) is to clinically sell to maximize the da Vinci Surgical Systems utilization in the Winchester, VA territory./ppstrong Essential Job Duties /strong (Specific responsibilities and tasks an individual would be expected to perform in the role. Additional job duties may be determined by functional people manager)/ppWork with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization/ppManage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications/pulliBe a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties/liliSupport regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption/liliDevelop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised/liliDrive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLs/liliDrive the sales of instruments and accessories/liliResponsibly manage administrative tasks; sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc./li/ulpstrong Qualifications /strong (Specific skills, knowledge, and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)/pulliA minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, medical device preferred/liliAbility to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed/li/ulpstrong Required Education and Training /strong (As applicable - Specific education and training that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)/pulliBachelors degree required/li/ulpstrong Working Conditions /strong (As applicable - Any physical requirements for the job.
