This is an hourly position that supports salaried management in daily, administrative, and operational responsibilities in the restaurant in addition to providing excellent guest service on the floor./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliServes as primary point of contact for SOH when management is unavailable./liliProvides FOH training, coaching and feedback to the team./liliFrom time to time may assume full responsibility for running a shift./lili95% of the Shift Leaders time will be spent on the floor of the restaurant./liliActs as a mentor for new hires, assists with onboarding and ensures compliance with all company standards, policies, and procedures./liliMay assist with coordinating staffing needs in the event a team member is unable to report to work/liliHandles cash receipts/ Store receipts/ Discounts, reconcile cash receipts and store bank funds/liliPerform other duties as assigned.
