Job Title: Systems / QA Analyst Location: Scottsdale, Arizona 85250 Position Summary We are seeking a Systems / QA Analyst to support quality assurance, configuration management, and release readiness across CMS/marketing websites, mobile applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and integrations with legacy systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to testing, validation, analysis, and support activities to ensure systems align with business requirements and deliver reliable user experiences. This role will collaborate closely with QA, Product, Marketing, Development, and Architecture teams in an Agile delivery environment. Key Responsibilities Testing & Quality Assurance Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Mobile applications Marketing websites and CMS platforms APIs and legacy system integrations Validate user stories against acceptance criteria and business requirements Identify edge cases, negative scenarios, data integrity issues, and cross-system impacts Log, triage, retest, and verify defects through resolution Maintain and enhance regression test coverage aligned with production behavior Support sprint testing, release validation, and UAT readiness Agile & Release Support Participate in backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies Ensure user stories are clear, testable, and integration-aware Identify dependencies and risks early in the delivery lifecycle Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test data setup and stakeholder demos Prepare and distribute release notes summarizing CRM, web, and mobile changes Create and maintain training documentation and end-user guides CMS & Integration Support Support CMS configuration and maintenance activities Validate website performance, security, and user experience impacts Assist with integration validation involving: CRM systems eCommerce platforms Analytics tools Event platforms Maintain documentation for APIs, plugins, integrations, and custom modules Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with Product, Marketing, QA, and Development teams to ensure smooth releases and adoption Support production issue triage and defect validation Collaborate with developers on testing strategies and defect resolution Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices AI-Assisted Tools & Automation Utilize AI-assisted tools to: Analyze test results Identify defect trends and testing gaps Improve regression coverage Draft release notes and training documentation Support AI-assisted workflows for troubleshooting and process optimization Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4–6+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or hybrid role Experience working in Agile, sprint-based delivery environments Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Strong understanding of: Agile user stories Acceptance criteria Sprint workflows Technical Skills Experience with: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CMS/web platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Strapi, or similar Mobile application testing REST APIs and system integrations Legacy system integrations Understanding of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript API payloads and system-to-system flows Google Analytics and web tracking concepts Preferred Experience Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, troubleshooting, documentation, and process optimization Experience supporting cross-platform releases across CRM, web, and mobile environments
