Position Summary
- Read and complete tasks prompted from a RF unit which will include item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
- Grab and prepare (cut box tops and/or plastic from inner packaging) needed cases of product and place in a designated pick slot.
- Move boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) utilizing safe lifting techniques.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout and at the end of each shift.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.
- Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse and DEA regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to meet and maintain a satisfactory performance level of no less than 95% after training has been completed.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including but not limited to: constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and climbing stairs.
- Background check and drug screening also required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience using scanner (RF) equipment to complete tasks.
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $23.56This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
