This role as Pricing Analyst offers the opportunity to experience a collaborative environment with exposure to Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, and Operations teams. About Your New Job As Pricing Analyst, you will support pricing strategy delivery across Private Car, Home Insurance, and Commercial Motor portfolios. You will implement and test rate changes, validate rating logic, and ensure well-documented pricing updates. You will monitor performance and trends, and contribute to interpreting portfolio results and pricing risks, and also assist in developing and refining pricing models and analytical frameworks, collaborating with data and analytics teams. As Pricing Analyst engage in data governance, ensuring accuracy, audit trails, and strict adherence to pricing controls. What Skills You Need Background in insurance pricing, or as a pricing actuary or non-actuarial analyst. Strong analytical and Excel skills, able to handle structured datasets and clearly communicate findings. Experience with rate implementation, pricing tools, and post-deployment monitoring is valued.
