If this level of compassionate service speaks to your heart, we welcome you to reach out./ph3CNA/STNA Qualifications:/h3ulliMust have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification/liliMust be certified by the state as a nurses aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification./lili1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide is required./liliHospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred./liliMust possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors./liliMust exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization./liliMust have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid drivers license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle./li/ulh3CNA/STNA Schedules Available Benefits:/h3ullistrongSchedules:/strong/liliMonday through Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (8 hour shifts)/liliTravel to the office in Green, OH is required./liliBe part of a team willing to grow, listen, be heard, and be challenged./liliHealth, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO./liliSet the industry bar for the standard of care./liliAbility to grow into a variety of different roles inside our team and organization./lilistrongCompetitive industry pay./strong/li/ul/div
