What we're looking for

Prior experience leading shifts in a fast food or restaurant environment is required for this one. You know how to motivate a team, keep standards high when it gets busy, and hold things together without losing the energy that makes a great shift. Beyond the experience, bring the right attitude, work ethic, and genuine care for your crew, and you'll thrive at GYG.

We strongly prefer candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish the ability to lead your crew and connect authentically with every guest makes a genuine difference at GYG.

What you'll be doing

As a Shift Lead, you're the person the crew looks to, and that's something we take seriously at GYG. You'll be responsible for running efficient, high-energy shifts across restaurant operations, people management, guest experience, and financial management. That means leading and motivating a crew of 5 or more, maintaining GYG's food quality and safety standards non-negotiably, and making sure every guest walks out happy.

The pace is fast, the music is pumping, and no two shifts are exactly the same. You'll be making real decisions, solving real problems, and building real leadership experience, the kind that opens doors as GYG continues to grow across the US.
