C Store Asst. Manager

Good Oil is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Westfield, IN gas station/convenience store location. Responsibilities of a manager include:

• Coach and train team to provide superior customer service while meeting Good Oil Company's operational goals.
• Assist in scheduling, coaching and retaining employees.
• Manage the cleanliness of the facility and perform paperwork/accounting functions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in retail management with a successful record of performance.
• Experience with coaching employees.
• Ability to perform store-level accounting functions.
• Ability to professionally interact with customers
• Willingness to follow Good Oil Company's policies and procedures
