Our established private dental practice in the San Antonio area/Schertz is looking for a Dental Business Associate who takes ownership of their work and wants to be part of a high-performing team culture. This is not a corporate office. We are a doctor-owned PPO / Fee-For-Service practice with a strong long-standing patient base and a reputation for excellent care. We are looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, communicates confidently with patients, and understands the importance of keeping a dental schedule productive.
You will do well here if you:

- Understand dental insurance verification and benefits.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year dental office experience required.
- Open Dental software experience required.
- Experience with PPO / Fee-For-Service dental offices.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification and benefits breakdown.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Insurance verification and benefits explanation.
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments.
- Patient communication (phone, text, email).
- Treatment coordination and financial communication.
- Maintaining accurate patient records in Open Dental.
- Supporting the team to maintain a productive schedule.
