Role Description This is a full-time, breakfast line cook position leading into Chef located in Saugerties, NY. The cook will be responsible for planning and preparing a variety of breakfast dishes, overseeing inventory and food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Additional duties include creating and refining menu items, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with the management team to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. We are a small breakfast and creperie cafe, open 8am-4pm looking for the right person to join our small team. Qualifications Culinary skills, including the ability to cook, prepare, and present a variety of breakfast dishes Menu planning and recipe development expertise Proficiency in kitchen management, inventory control, and staff supervision Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for culinary arts Strong organizational and time management skills Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team Culinary degree or equivalent work experience preferred
