About

HDX Strategy & Architecture Define and drive HDX strategy across enterprise VDI/DaaS environments Architect solutions around ICA/HDX protocols (EDT, TCP, UDP optimization) Design for high-definition user experience across devices and networks Engineering Leadership Lead teams working on: HDX protocol enhancements Virtual channel development Client-server performance tuning Mentor engineers and drive design reviews (very aligned with your leadership style) Cross-functional Collaboration Networking teams (ADC / NetScaler) Cloud teams (Azure, AWS DaaS) Product & PM teams Capacity Planning & Scalability Forecast user load and bandwidth needs Optimize server density and cost efficiency Ensure consistent experience at scale Security & Compliance Ensure secure HDX transport (TLS, Secure ICA) Define policies for data protection and endpoint control Systems & Networking Strong understanding of:
TCP/UDP, QoS, WAN optimization Windows OS internals
Leadership Experience managing engineering or platform teams Ability to drive architecture and long-term vision Qualifications 8-15+ years in Citrix / VDI / virtualization Experience designing large-scale Citrix environments Certifications (nice to have):
Citrix CCE-V / CCP-V Azure / AWS architecture certs
