Overview The SpreadYourHeart Organization is a grassroots nonprofit that provides outreach services that rehabilitate the homeless, recover impaired environments, and empower entrepreneurs nationwide. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web/UX Designer to own the visual presentation and user experience (UX) of our primary digital properties, ensuring our brand is communicated effectively across all platforms. This position is ideal for anyone: Retired looking to keep busy Entry level professionals looking to gain experience and build their resume Professionals already working looking for part-time Volunteer work Responsibilities: Design and create mockups and prototypes for new website sections, landing pages, and micro-sites, ensuring a modern, intuitive, and mobile-responsive experience. Translate the SpreadYourHeart brand identity into visually compelling digital elements that align with our core pillars (Creators, Entrepreneurs, Mental Health, Homelessness). Conduct user research and A/B testing on key pages to optimize conversion rates and user journeys (e.g., Creator sign-up funnels, content consumption rates). Qualifications: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and clear problem-solving for mobile and desktop applications. Proficient knowledge of design tools and front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking user behavior and testing design effectiveness.
