Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established dress code and image guidelines Support lead designers by managing administrative, technical, and creative tasks Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers Work with sales team and management to ensure that each client issue is accurately resolved to the benefit of the business Take ownership and commitment to delivering results, while remaining aware of personal and store metrics Create personal sales and clientele experience strategies in partnership with the management team. Qualifications:
2 years of luxury retail experience (Preferred) Proven track record of success in sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work as part of a team Deep understanding of luxury brands, fashion trends, and home styling techniques Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Compensation:
$20.00/ hour 401k (with 2% match), Medical, vision, dental, Insurance Paid holidays, vacation and sick time Generous Employee Discount
