About

Our client, a growing professional services and event management company, is seeking an Event Coordinator to join their Dublin-based operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in event coordination, conference management, delegate services, client services, event operations, administration, hospitality and project coordination within a fast-paced professional services environment. The successful candidate will support the planning and delivery of conferences and events, coordinating delegates, speakers, sponsors, accommodation, event communications, online registration systems and onsite event operations. Location: South Dublin Contract: Permanent Salary: €29,000 €30,000 Bonus: Eligible for bonus scheme after 6 months Working Arrangement: Office based with onsite event support required Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of conferences, meetings and corporate events Coordinate delegate, speaker and sponsor registrations using online event systems Act as a first point of contact for conference delegates and manage high-volume event correspondence Support event logistics including accommodation management, tour bookings and social event coordination Assist with conference website updates and event communications Create and schedule marketing emails and social media content Coordinate suppliers, venues and stakeholders to support successful event delivery Support event administration, invoicing and reconciliation activities Provide onsite support during conferences and live events Support multiple event and conference projects simultaneously within a busy events environment Requirements Experience in administration, hospitality, customer service, events, marketing or coordination environments Qualification in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Business or related discipline Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Strong MS Office skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional and confident communication skills with clients, delegates and suppliers Positive and proactive attitude with strong teamwork capability Desirable Experience with event registration systems such as Cvent, Stova, EventsAir or Aventri Experience with WordPress, Canva, Photoshop or digital marketing tools Interest in conference management, events or professional services environments Benefits Bonus scheme after 6 months Pension scheme Company phone and laptop Tax saver travel options Bike to work scheme Training and development opportunities Additional annual leave linked to service Apply: Send your CV to Jane Ryan via the link below.
