Supervising Pharmacist / Support Pharmacist Bantry & Newtown, Co. Cork Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Supervising Pharmacist or Support Pharmacist on behalf of a well-established independent pharmacy group operating across Bantry and Newtown, Co. Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to join a supportive and well-structured team within a busy community pharmacy setting. The client is open to considering both Supervising and Support Pharmacists, depending on experience and suitability. The Role: Working across busy community pharmacy settings MPS dispensing system in place Opening hours: 8:30am 6:30pm Bantry store dispensing approximately 250500 items daily Newtown store dispensing approximately 150300 items daily Strong front-of-house and support staff in both locations Opportunity to join ahead of upcoming maternity leave cover requirements Candidate Requirements: PSI registered pharmacist (or eligible to register) Previous community pharmacy experience preferred Supervising Pharmacist experience desirable, but strong Support Pharmacists will also be considered Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment Patient-focused approach with strong commercial awareness Package: The client is offering a highly competitive salary and is open to tailoring the package for the right candidate, which may include: Competitive salary package Mileage allowance (where applicable) Bonus structure / performance incentives Flexible benefits based on individual requirements The client understands the current pharmacy market and is willing to discuss options for candidates commuting longer distances or seeking additional benefits.
