Quantity Surveyor (Residential) A well-established and growing Main Contractor is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a large, multi-phase residential development in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Role & Duties: Support the commercial management of a large residential project from early stages through to completion. Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control. Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports. Carry out measurements using CostX or similar software. Work closely with site and project teams to ensure financial performance is maintained. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. 35 years experience working on residential or mixed-use projects. Strong measurement and reporting skills (CostX or similar preferred). Comfortable working in a site-based, fast-paced environment. Good communication and organisational skills.
