Provides day-to-day platform support/configuration for TSA ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM. Supports enhancements, testing, documentation, and O&M handoff. Requirements:
1-3 years supporting ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; incident/request, change/release, CMDB support concepts; Strong runbooks/SOP/test evidence habits; mandatory skills include ServiceNow and ITSM Benefits:
