About
Jr.Systems Administrator Department:
IT The Systems Administrator position is responsible for performing all aspects of customer service and support related to our Company's IT infrastructure. Key areas of responsibility include providing end user support for company's IT systems, procuring, and maintaining the company's IT assets, managing IT system projects, and controlling access to company data. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Network Support Monitor and maintain network uptime, performance, and system health Assist in managing Windows servers, Active Directory, and endpoint devices Support basic networking (TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing) Maintain backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures Assist with hardware procurement and lifecycle management Security & Access Management Manage user accounts and permissions across ERP, WMS, databases, and Microsoft 365 Support patch management and endpoint security initiatives Assist in implementing and maintaining network security best practices ERP & Systems Support Support ERP and WMS system configurations and troubleshooting Assist internal teams with reporting and data requests Participate in system testing, documentation, and implementation projects Data stewardship duties including data quality management, lifecycle oversight, implementation of rules and procedures issued by data governance Promoting a data-driven culture through data literacy SME duties, acting as the bridge between IT and business departments, identifying, researching, and fixing data quality issues, managing metadata Help Desk & End-User Support Respond to technical support requests in a timely and professional manner Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Document issues, resolutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing Documentation & Process Improvement Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides Assist in documenting workflows and system requirements Conduct user training sessions when needed Continuously identify opportunities to improve IT processes and system reliability Requirements Associate or bachelors' degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent level hands-on experience) Korean language proficiency preferred Strong computer skills and technical knowledge Strong documentation and communication skills Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 administration Understanding of basic networking concepts (subnetting, VLANs, routing, TCP/IP) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Basic SQL knowledge Experience supporting ERP or WMS systems preferred Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware) preferred Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory preferred Experience with ticketing systems preferred Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus Rhee Bros., Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and affords equal opportunity to all applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or any other class protected by federal, state, and local laws.
