About
Manage multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through completion. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Meet regularly with team members to keep them on track and remove roadblocks. Establish and track measurable metrics for ongoing projects. Report project progress, milestones, and risks to leadership. Facilitate standups, retrospectives, and IT team updates. Support directors and team leads in prioritizing initiatives and managing dependencies. Promote accountability, transparency, and clear communication across the IT organization. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science or related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience managing IT, engineering, or technical projects. Proven track record of leading technology teams to successful project delivery. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that are delivered on time and drive measurable impact. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, support operations, and system lifecycles is preferred. PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification. Experience managing projects in healthcare, tech startups, M&A integrations, or regulated environments. Background in vendor coordination or SaaS implementation projects is highly preferred. Benefits:
