Job Summary Regional Business Manager (Refuse Sales) at Autocar, LLC. Responsible for driving sales efforts and executing strategies within assigned territories, focusing on high-value refuse products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the refuse sector, focusing on large fleet customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional fleet customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Drive regional sales efforts by developing strategies tailored to refuse fleet customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets through direct engagement with end-users, leveraging deep product knowledge.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments through data assessment.
Support the sales team in crafting effective sales pitches for prospective clients.
Consult with fleet managers and stakeholders to assess operational requirements and provide solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and influence development.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of outside sales experience in Heavy Truck, Refuse, or similar industries.
Deep knowledge of vocational truck industry and major OEM brands.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and a CRM tool.
Ability to travel extensively and manage own schedule.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong work ethic and results‑driven mindset.
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems with minimal supervision.
