About
Provides technical support to the program manager and meets program quality control and accreditation requirements Conduct both onsite and desk audits according to standards and program requirements following ISO 9001 auditing guidelines Complete audits by adhering to agreed timelines, using the most updated program templates Support the documentation, communication, and closure of audit findings Maintain audit timeline and tracking per assessment project Provide high level of customer service throughout the audit process Communicate promptly with SCS staff on the scheduling of audits and revisions to draft reports Write clear and technically accurate audit reports following program requirements Support the SCS quality management system through maintenance of competency records including training log, completed calibration activities, and up to date knowledge of SCS program and external scheme requirements Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in quantitative sciences (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry) and 2+ years of professional experience in a related sector Professional and technical experience in manufacturing facilities within the consumer electronics industry, metals industry, plastics recycling, textile/apparel industry, building materials, or other relevant industry sector or auditing experience Excellent technical writing, observation, and data management skills Strong communication and demonstrated abilities in critical thinking and data analysis Fluency in English with experience that includes professional and technical verbal and written communication with clients Strong organization skills with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Thrives in a deadline-driven environment by completing complex tasks and deliverables on-time Highly detail oriented with the ability to interpret standard requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced level in Excel Benefits:
