About
Execute social media publishing based on a pre-defined content calendar provided by the Caraway team Utilize Nectar to schedule and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) Repurpose existing content for secondary channels (e.g., Pinterest), ensuring platform-specific formatting and optimization Ensure accuracy, timing, and quality control of all scheduled content Upload and organize social assets across platforms, including short-form video distribution Produce weekly and monthly social performance reports using Nectar and existing templates Track and compile key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance Monitor social platforms for relevant trends, conversations, and cultural moments Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in social media execution, content operations, or digital marketing Hands on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (Nectar, Dash Hudson, Emplifi, or similar) Familiarity with native social platform analytics Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms Comfort working in reporting dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytics tools High attention to detail and ability to manage repeatable workflows with consistency.
