2+ years of experience in project management, sales enablement, or sales operations Experience supporting or implementing formal sales methodologies Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across teams Experience developing training programs or onboarding processes Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft xywuqvp Office Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve program effectiveness Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Passion for developing people and improving sales performance Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 5%) Benefits:
