Overnight/Early Morning Shift Current start time: 12:00 AM Transitioning to a later start time of 2:00 AM Responsibilities
Bake all sourdough breads for retail, wholesale, and farmers markets Bake muffins, scones, pies, cookies, and other pastry items Bake cinnamon breads and pretzels Maintain consistent quality, bake times, and presentation standards Coordinate production with other bakers, front of house teams, and market staff Help organize daily bake flow for multiple locations and wholesale accounts Assist with oven management, timing, and production efficiency Keep bakery stations clean, organized, and food-safe Work collaboratively with the production team to hit daily goals Qualifications
Professional baking experience preferred Experience with artisan bread and sourdough strongly preferred Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Strong time management and communication skills Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods Passion for quality food, hospitality, and teamwork About Us
