Ce que nous allons accomplir ensemble :

Dans le cadre d’un mandat stratégique, vous contribuerez à l’optimisation et à la fiabilisation des intégrations entre différents outils de gestion Agile, notamment Rally et Jira.

Vous participerez à la mise en place de solutions robustes permettant d’assurer une synchronisation efficace des données et d’améliorer les performances des systèmes.

Votre mission (…si vous l’acceptez !) :

En tant que Spécialiste en intégration API Python , vous serez en charge de concevoir, maintenir et optimiser les intégrations entre différents systèmes afin de soutenir les opérations des équipes Agile.

Votre quotidien sera rythmé par :

• La mise en place et la maintenance des workflows entre Rally et Jira

• L’automatisation de la synchronisation des données via des outils comme ConnectAll

• Le développement de scripts Python pour l’extraction et la production de rapports (ServiceNow, PPM+, etc.)

• L’analyse et la résolution des problèmes d’intégration et de performance

• L’accompagnement des équipes lors de leur onboarding sur Rally

• L’amélioration continue de la fiabilité et des performances des systèmes

Votre future équipe :

Vous collaborerez avec des équipes multidisciplinaires dans un environnement Agile, impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes techniques et fonctionnelles.

Votre Stack de Jeu :

• Python

• API REST

• JSON

• Jira / Atlassian

• Rally (CA Agile Central)

• ConnectAll

Vous :

• 7 à 10 ans d’expérience pertinente

• Solide expérience en Python (scripting)

• Bonne maîtrise des API REST et des intégrations systèmes

• À l’aise avec les formats de données JSON

• Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes

• Expérience avec Jira, Rally ou outils similaires Agile

• Autonome, rigoureux et orienté résultats

Atouts :

• Connaissance DevOps / SDLC

• Expérience avec outils d’IA (OpenAI, Claude)

What we will accomplish together:

As part of a strategic initiative, you will contribute to the optimization and reliability of integrations between Agile tools such as Rally and Jira.

You will help build robust solutions ensuring seamless data synchronization and improved system performance.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it!):

As a Python API Integration Specialist , you will design, maintain, and optimize integrations between systems to support Agile team operations.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Setting up and maintaining workflows between Rally and Jira

• Automating data synchronization using tools like ConnectAll

• Developing Python scripts for data extraction and reporting (ServiceNow, PPM+, etc.)

• Troubleshooting integration and performance issues

• Supporting onboarding of teams onto Rally

• Ensuring system reliability and performance

Your future team:

You will work within Agile, cross-functional teams involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.

You:

• 7–10 years of relevant experience

• Strong Python scripting skills

• Solid experience with REST APIs and system integrations

• Comfortable with JSON data formats

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Jira, Rally, or similar Agile tools

• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

Nice to have:

• DevOps / SDLC knowledge

• Exposure to AI tools (OpenAI, Claude)
