Service Advisor

Modern Ford of Boone has a career opportunity for an Automotive Service Advisor. Come join the team of talented service professionals at Modern Ford of Boone. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Advises customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to the manufacturer's specifications
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in an automotive service dealership preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
