Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the gift shop team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Curate and maintain an appealing and well-organized product display.
  • Manage inventory, reordering, and pricing to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with management to plan promotions, events, and marketing strategies.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Foster a positive and dynamic atmosphere to encourage team growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Passion for creating a warm and welcoming shopping environment.
