Pay Details
Starting base salary: $45K
Average earnings: $55K‑$75K (base + commission)
Top performers can earn $85K+ after the second year
Work Environment & Schedule Remote work with a 4‑weekday and 1‑weekend‑day schedule. Example shift: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. (CST), minimum 12 months before change.
Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, match appropriate coverage and products, and convert sales leads into policyholders. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a warm, engaging, and professional representation of the Liberty brand.

Qualifications
2–3 years preferred, 2 years required in sales or related service work

Proficient typing and PC skills
Property & Casualty license required after hire (paid training provided if not licensed)
