Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies Configure and customize standard Salesforce features, objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to align with business requirements Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability by designing and implementing effective data migration, transformation, and integration strategies Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure high-quality and optimized code across projects Plan and execute comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Oversee smooth and controlled deployments to production environments Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of Salesforce applications Implement security measures and ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and industry regulations Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends Requirements:
5 to 7 years of total experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on developing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable Good understanding of Out of the box features such as Flows, Sharing rules, OWD, Data Loader and Lightning App builder Familiarity with Healthcare domain An understanding of Health Cloud will be an advantage In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and security best practices Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Benefits:
