Data platform architecture and implementation roadmap; Ingestion strategy (managed ELT + pragmatic alternatives for high-volume streams); Transformation modeling standards and metric definitions; Data quality, reliability, and monitoring; Technical alignment with product, growth, analytics, and leadership. Requirements:
Strong experience as a senior/lead data engineer; Advanced SQL + Python; Production experience with modern warehouse stack (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar); Hands-on experience with transformation frameworks (dbt, Dataform, SQLMesh, or similar); Practical orchestration and monitoring mindset; Ability to prioritize by business impact and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
