Job Title:Senior Site Manager Location:North Dublin Salary/Package:Negotiable DOE, Competitive + Package & Benefits Project:Large-scale Residential A leading residential developer with an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality large-scale housing developments across Ireland is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a large-scale residential project in North Dublin. This award-winning contractor is recognised throughout the industry for delivering modern, high-spec developments while maintaining an excellent reputation for quality, innovation, health & safety, and project delivery. With a strong pipeline of work and continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity to join one of Irelands most respected construction businesses. The Role As Senior Site Manager, you will take a leading role in the successful delivery of a major residential development, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, design teams, and internal departments to drive programme delivery and maintain strong site performance throughout all phases of construction. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations on a large residential development Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and daily activities on site Ensure works are delivered in line with programme targets and milestones Maintain exceptional standards of health & safety and site compliance Monitor quality control and ensure high-quality finishes throughout the project Chair site meetings and coordinate with design and commercial teams Manage labour resources, site logistics, and sequencing of works Identify and resolve construction and programme-related issues efficiently Liaise with senior management and provide regular progress updates Support and mentor junior engineers and site management staff Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large residential or mixed-use developments Strong background working with main contractors or developers Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced programmes Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and quality standards Relevant construction qualifications preferred SMSTS/Safe Pass and other relevant certifications advantageous Whats on Offer Excellent salary and benefits package Long-term career progression opportunities Opportunity to work on one of Dublins major residential developments Strong pipeline of future projects Join a company known for stability, quality delivery, and strong leadership culture For a confidential discussion and further details, apply today!
