Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Service Area: Our primary service area includes Lorain, Huron & Erie Counties. Seeking COTA's in these areas!

Position Summary: Support OTs in delivering exceptional patient care by focusing on therapy goals and patient progress. Use AI-supported tools to assist in documentation, allowing more time for quality patient interaction.

Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.

Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.

Work-Life Balance: Cut down on after-hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
• Use AI technology to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions.
• Reduce administrative workloads and focus more on hands-on care.

Education and/or Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Two (2) years of experience as a COTA in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:

• Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
