Job Title : System Engineer Contract : 12 months Hourly Rate : $50-$60 an hour Location : Milwaukee WI USA 53224 Only W2 Contract role Seeking a System Engineer with 3+ years of experience in medical device/system development. Responsible for leading system design, requirements management, risk management, verification & validation, and product lifecycle support. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Skills: System architecture & product development Requirements & risk management (IEC 14971, IEC 62366) Verification & validation planning Agile development experience preferred Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills Experience with tools like QFD, Pugh Matrix, CTQ, DFR/DFX Medical device or diagnostic cardiology experience is a plus Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Biomedical Engineering, or related field Strong organizational and technical documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Must have : Systems Engineering
