About
*Responsibilities*
* Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools.
* Support requirements gathering sessions and document user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks and milestones.
* Help track project progress using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SAFe, and other methodologies; facilitate communication among stakeholders.
* Support the creation of project documentation including SDLC artifacts, risk assessments, and disaster recovery plans.
* Assist in managing project scope changes, issue resolution, and change requests through negotiation and effective communication skills.
* Contribute to release management, testing activities such as user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment planning.
* Maintain organized records of project artifacts including diagrams created in Visio or similar tools.
* Support program management activities related to enterprise software implementations involving SQL, Oracle databases, IT infrastructure, and cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
*Experience*
* Proven experience supporting project management activities within enterprise software or IT infrastructure projects.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies including PMBOK, SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, SAFe.
* Hands-on experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, VersionOne, TFS/VSTS.
* Strong understanding of requirements gathering, analysis skills, test-driven development (TDD), user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management processes.
* Knowledge of databases like SQL and Oracle; experience working with cloud computing environments such as AWS or similar platforms is preferred.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
* Effective communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders; leadership qualities are a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio and SharePoint is advantageous.
