The Assistant Manager supports the General/Store Manager in leading a profitable Vanilla Sky boutique. The Assistant Manager partners with the General/Store Manager to achieve sales results by creating a positive team environment and operating a guest-focused business.

Analyzes results, identifies opportunities, and makes decisions in collaboration with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators.

Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.

Manages boutique budget for daily operations in support of a profitable business.

Builds highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing people.

Accountable for team performance through coaching and feedback.

Teaches and trains to build capabilities.

Leads the implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives

Implements action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.

Exhibits a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and inspires by example.

Represents the brand and understands the competitors.
