Customer Service

We are looking for someone to help us be more successful servicing our existing customers at Fisher Honda-Kia!

Responsibilities include:

• Setting appointments with our customers to possibly trade earlier
• Setting appointments for the sale of Vehicle Service Contracts
• Meeting with our customers in the service drive
• Arranging the purchase of a client's current vehicle for our pre-owned operation
• Retaining the unexpected customers that we haven't seen since they initially purchased from us
• Saving our CSI standings by contacting those customers with pending mileage penalties

Requirements:

• High energy
• Call volume experience preferred
• Script calling experience preferred
• A teachable attitude
• Basic computer/typing skills required
