Position Summary: The Lead Care Associate is responsible for a broad range of support services to ensure efficient patient operations including assisting professional staff in direct patient care, admitting and discharging, scheduling patient visits, triaging patient and family inquiries, maintaining patient information, maintaining supplies, preparing required reports and provide other support as requested, for the Children's Village.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• A current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) certification is required.
• California Certified Medical Assistant is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
