You'll work directly with local businesses across the Ohio Valley, helping them reach customers through TV, digital, and streaming advertising solutions.

• Prospect and develop new business (calls, visits, networking)
• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Create advertising strategies using TV + digital + streaming
• Present campaigns that drive measurable results
• Manage and grow an existing account list
• Work with internal teams to execute campaigns

• Monthly draw against commission (steady income while you ramp up)
• Uncapped commission no ceiling on earnings
• Performance-based growth as your account list builds

• Comfortable with outreach and building relationships
• Self-motivated and competitive
• Organized with strong follow-up habits
• Enjoys being in the field and part of the community

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license

• Media experience is a plusbut not required.
