Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications under nurse supervision
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs
- Assist with ADLs and personal care
- Report changes in residents' condition
- Participate in group activities and care conferences
- Support a clean, safe environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of required medication training
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts
