About
Configure and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to documented user stories and approved designs Set up and enhance objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and security models Build and manage flows, validation rules, assignment rules, and declarative automation Develop reports and dashboards aligned to business needs Assist with minor development tasks (Apex triggers/classes, Lightning Web Components) under senior guidance Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and configuration updates Contribute to technical documentation, configuration notes, and release artifacts Ensure all work follows Salesforce best practices and internal governance standards Requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer Strong Salesforce configuration skills (objects, flows, automation, security model) Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Visual-force Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and automation patterns Experience delivering well-defined user stories in a structured environment Benefits:
