About
Manage and grow a multi-functional team of full stack engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. Oversee technical design efforts on enterprise software applications using C#/.NET backend, React.js frontend, and SQL Server. Drive AWS infrastructure strategy leveraging cloud-native services and containerization for high availability and performance. Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI). Partner with Product and Design to define milestones and execute long-term product initiatives. Requirements:
8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record leading teams building and maintaining SaaS applications. Competency using .NET, ReactJS, RDBMS, Kubernetes and AWS PaaS. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to break down complex and long running projects into reasonable milestones. Benefits:
