As a Quality Assurance Tester, you'll play a key role in executing system, integration, and user acceptance testing. You'll partner closely with business and technical teams to validate requirements, identify issues, and ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. What You'll Do
Execute functional testing scenarios based on business requirements Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing according to established plans Collaborate with fellow QA team members, providing updates on testing progress and results Ensure all testing activities are conducted and documented in alignment with defined standards Identify, document, and report defects with clear supporting details Validate training materials and process change documentation Participate in QA best practices, test planning, and quality assessments Conduct regression testing to confirm ongoing system performance and stability Continuously look for opportunities to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness Monitor and support internal users by managing support requests and providing technical assistance related to policy administration, claims, and billing systems Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, leadership, clients, and vendors Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed Uphold company integrity by adhering to all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures What You Bring
Experience executing QA testing in a structured environment with strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality Strong understanding of Personal and Commercial Lines insurance products Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently Solid problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to seeking guidance and providing feedback Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and requests Experience with conflict resolution and maintaining positive working relationships Familiarity with QA best practices, testing methodologies, and documentation standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook What Success Looks Like
