Job Description: ~ Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP PP/QM solutions in SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments ~- Translate business requirements into detailed SAP functional designs ~- Drive process improvements across production planning and quality management ~- Ensure end-to-end integration with SAP modules including ePPDS, WM, MM, FICO, and SD ~- Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and enhancements ~- Act as a client-facing expert for requirement gathering and solution design ~- Provide advisory support on SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives ~- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution activities ~- Support presales activities including proposals and client presentations ~- Ensure high-quality delivery in a global, cross-functional environment
Requirements: ~ 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM design, configuration, and implementation ~- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects in PP/QM ~- Strong conceptual and functional knowledge of SAP PP and QM modules ~- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration concepts ~- Strong experience integrating PP/QM with ePPDS, WM, MM, SD, and FICO ~- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and their integration with PP/QM processes ~- Experience in client-facing consulting and solution design roles ~- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills ~- Excellent planning, coordination, and delivery management capabilities ~- Strong communication skills in fluent English (written and verbal) ~- Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment ~- SAP PP/QM certification is a plus
