About
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and growth opportunities Generate new business leads and RRPs through targeted prospecting, networking, and outreach activities Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Oversee the sales pipeline, track leads and opportunities through CRM, and provide accurate sales forecasts Represent the company at scientific conferences, seminars, and industry events Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRO Business Development Proven experience selling clinical services, with a strong focus on FSP services Established network of key decision makers within the pharmaceutical industry Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions Proven track record in generating RFPs, converting prospects, closing deals, and achieving sales targets Detail-oriented with critical thinking and strong business acumen Willingness to travel as required Benefits:
