Job Description:
responsible for the day-to-day clinical documentation chart reviews work in conjunction with the Case Management department, physicians, mid-level providers and other health team members provide comprehensive medical record documentation to reflect clinical treatment, decisions, and diagnoses for inpatients utilize coding and clinical expertise to identify opportunities and ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation Requirements:
Education: Registered Nurse or Certified Coder Experience: Two years in nursing, coding, process improvement, or case management in an acute care facility Coding skills with experience in ICD-10 Must have great communication & leadership skills Benefits:
