About
Support the sales team in managing broker communications, third party merch communications, and shopper marketing partner communications. Lead all trade show coordination and activation. Support the sales team in helping build selling decks, “one-pagers,” and other retailer ready selling materials along with the trade team. Manage all customer, retailer, & distributor portals. Create and submit new item and promotional paperwork to support launches and other marketing activity. Providing timely and accurate information. Coordinate sample shipments to brokers and retailers and maintain sales sample budget. Maintain all sales documents: price lists, sales sheets, product images. Be a secondary contact for all brokers, distributors, and customers. Assist with new customer paperwork. Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPG sales. Fluency with item forms, broker management, CRM systems, and innovation timeline management. Understanding of the food sales landscape at all levels (Retailer, Distributor, Broker, etc.). Understanding of the CPG selling process. Understanding of syndicated data. Adept at fostering strong partnerships with brokers and third-party merchandising teams while driving growth. Fluent in Microsoft Office with a focus on excel and PowerPoint, G Suite, and ideally NetSuite. Benefits:
