Scope & Responsibilities
Define specifications, architecture, circuit design, implementation, and verification of RFIC sub-systems Develop innovative RF signal path and synthesizer solutions for advanced 6G cellular products Perform RFIC circuit design and optimisation in advanced CMOS technologies Collaborate closely with RF system and application engineers to define system specifications and performance targets Support integration of complex RF systems-on-chip (SoCs) Contribute to RFIC layout optimisation a...
