Practicing or former hardware or systems engineer with real project experience Experience in disciplines such as mechanical, aerospace, electrical, materials, chemical, civil, controls, manufacturing, or systems engineering Possession of existing project artifacts that can be legally shared No active NDA or export-controlled content blocking the submission Strong written English skills for accurate metadata and submission
