Assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and demonstrations Lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems Deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage proof of concepts (POCs)
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in help desk and/or technical support of applications, server infrastructure, and desktops Good knowledge of common operating systems and network topologies Familiarity with security concepts and the ability to assess technical requirements Ability to thrive in a team selling environment and deliver presentations to various audiences Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certification is required
