About
Tests and evaluates a variety of consumer products for safety and performance by interpreting and applying the latest government regulations, industry standards, specifications and testing protocol. Must be able to evaluate test data and document test results. Responsible for use, maintenance and calibration of complex test equipment. Must be detail oriented. Must be organized and able to perform multiple tasks and possess an analytical mind for problem solving. Must demonstrate strong communication and written skills. Coordinates daily workload to effectively complete test requests in a timely manner. Selects and purchases test samples. Must be self-reliant and able to accomplish testing with minimum supervision. Other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Two years of general office experience.
Prior product testing and use of laboratory equipment is preferred as well as math skills and computer skills used in report writing.
Farnesworth-Munsell 100 Hue Test (score 80%) Vision correctable to 20/20
Major Duties
